Skytech Digital Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Skytech Digital, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Skytech Digital offers web and graphic design services, including but not limited to website development, graphic design, branding, and related services (collectively referred to as "Services").

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback necessary for the provision of services. Failure to do so may impact project timelines and deliverables.

4. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay the fees specified in the project proposal or agreement. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the intellectual property rights to the final design or project. Skytech Digital retains the right to use completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the provision of services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skytech Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.

10. Amendments

Skytech Digital reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.

By accepting these terms, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions outlined herein.
